What are the costs?

Most repairs are a fixed €34, parts included. If your brush turns out to be beyond repair, you only pay a €15 inspection fee.

What model do I have?

The model name is usually printed on the handle or on the bottom of the brush. Can’t find it? Send us a photo via the contact form and we’ll identify it for you.

Why should I repair my toothbrush instead of buying a new one?

Usually one small part has failed while the motor is still fine. Repairing costs a fraction of a new brush and keeps working electronics out of the bin.

Do you offer a warranty on the repairs?

Yes — every repair carries a one-year guarantee. If the repair fails within that year, we fix it again at no cost.

What happens if my toothbrush is beyond repair?

You pay only the €15 inspection fee. We’ll also tell you honestly whether one of our refurbished brushes is the better option.

Does the brush remain waterproof?

Yes. The case closes with a new seal, and every brush is pressure-tested before it goes back to you.
